Help

How can we help?

Three questions cover almost everything. If yours isn't one of them, the last box on this page reaches a person.

I can't find my download link

The files are attached to the purchase, not to the email, so losing the email loses nothing.

An emailed link opens on its own for 24 hours. After that it asks whoever holds it to sign in — which is the one thing a guest cannot do, so there are two ways back to the files.

The permanent one is an account. Register with the address you bought with and confirm it from the email we send: every past order under that address attaches itself, and the artwork is then yours to re-download whenever you like. We ask for the confirmation because anyone can type an address they do not own, and your purchases are not something we hand over on an unproven claim.

The quick one is order help: give the order number and the email on the order, and a person re-opens the link for you — no account needed. Asking us to resend the original email will not do it on its own, because the link inside it is the same link, running on the same clock.

Already have an account? Sign in and your library holds every order attached to it — including guest orders bought under the address you have confirmed.

Check the spam folder first, though: an email full of download links is exactly the shape of thing filters distrust.

What am I allowed to do with the files?

Print them for your own walls, as often as you like — that is the licence almost every print is sold with. Hanging one in a business, using one in paid client work, or selling printed copies each need a different tier, and all three are set out in plain English on the licence page.

The one rule that holds on every tier: the digital file itself is never shared, sold or passed on.

Can I have a refund?

If a file is faulty or not what the listing described, yes, and without a time limit — tell us what you are seeing and we will send a working file or refund you. If you bought something and never downloaded it, also yes, within 14 days of the order.

After a download, a change of mind is the one we genuinely can't do, and the refund policy explains why in full rather than hiding behind “all sales final”.

Getting a good print

Which ratio to send to which paper, why “fit to page” ruins a print, what to ask a lab for, and why paper always looks calmer than a screen — all on delivery & files.

Use order help with your order number — no account needed — or email support@wallnine.co. If you have an account, signing in keeps the thread with your orders.
