Come back for the ISO crop when you decide to frame it at A2 instead of 16×20. You are not re-buying the artwork; the ratios were always part of the same purchase.

Each order records which licence the print was sold on — Personal, Commercial or Extended — so you can check what you are allowed to do with it long after the decision.

Confirm the address and it all appears
Register with the address you ordered on, then open the email we send and confirm it. That second step is the one that moves your past orders into the library — we ask for it because anyone can type an address they do not own, and your purchases are not something we hand over on an unproven claim. You do not need an account to get help with a specific order; the order help page works either way.
