After that the same link still opens the same files — it just asks you to sign in first, with the address the order was placed under, and your library holds everything you have ever bought, for good. Bought as a guest? Create an account with that same address and confirm it from the email we send — your past orders move across the moment you confirm, not before. Or tell us below and we'll sort it without an account.
File faulty or not as described? We fix it or refund it in full, with no time limit. Because a download cannot be un-supplied, change-of-mind refunds are the one thing we can't offer once a file has been served — that's the box you ticked at checkout, and it's set out in the refund policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
